1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Recovery Spa Direct ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH/EFT payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.
2.3 Payment Due Date
• One-time purchases are due at checkout.
• Subscription or recurring services, if applicable, are billed according to the selected billing cycle.
3. Invoicing
Invoices may be issued upon order completion or purchase confirmation and delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
4. Late Payments
Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date. Services may be reinstated after full payment of all outstanding balances and fees.
5. Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Billing disputes should include the invoice number and details of the dispute. We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
7. Taxes
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar charges. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation before purchase.
8. Billing Errors
If a billing error is identified, we will promptly correct it. Overcharges will be refunded or credited. Undercharges may result in an additional invoice for the outstanding balance.
9. Subscription and Recurring Payments
9.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to applicable cancellation terms.
9.2 Cancellation
Customers may cancel recurring services by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
10. Payment Security
Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. Recovery Spa Direct does not store full credit card information on its servers. Transactions are protected using SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.
11. Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Recovery Spa Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from these Terms. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
